Terms and Conditions of The Healing Experience Membership

1. Acceptance of Terms By enrolling in The Healing Experience Membership (referred to as "the Membership"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with the membership.

2. Membership Subscription and Billing The Membership is a monthly subscription service billed at $44 per month. By signing up, you authorize The Healing Experience Membership LLC to automatically charge the monthly membership fee to the payment method provided. This charge will occur on a recurring basis until the membership is canceled.

3. Cancellation Policy Members may cancel their subscription at any time by sending an email to toni@thehealingexperiencemembership.com. Cancellation requests must be received at least 72 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming month.

4. Refund Policy Membership fees are non-refundable. Once a payment has been processed, no refunds will be issued. If you choose to cancel, you will not be billed for any future months, but no refunds will be provided for the current or past months.

5. Membership Access Upon successful payment, members will receive access to The Healing Experience Membership benefits, which may include but are not limited to exclusive content, resources, and events. Access is granted solely for personal use and may not be transferred or shared.

6. Modification of Terms The Healing Experience Membership LLC reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the Membership constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

7. Termination of Membership The Healing Experience Membership LLC reserves the right to terminate a membership at its discretion for any violation of these terms and conditions or for any other reason. In the event of termination, no refunds will be provided for the current or past months.
